UNDER CONSIDERATION / CONSTRUCTION

I have temporarily suspended posting Ring membership info and listings due to the
very commercial nature of those currently available. When, and if, I find Rings that
are non or much less commercial in nature and ones that support and further the cause
of Submarine history and information, I will join those Rings and post membership info.
